Yeah....i'm so happy that i just have to tolerate for 1 more year then we can go HDB and apply our new BTO house!!!Yesterday check darling's CPF and realized his ordinary account got alots of money already so just have to wait after 2012 then we can have alot of CPF to apply our house!!

Why we don't want go now because if your CPF got a little bit then all the legal fees etc you have to come out cash to pay for it when eventually you can pay by CPF only if your CPF got enough cash for all the downpayment etc!!!

We can apply now but we wanna have more CPF and plus the additional CPF grant etc then we don't need to scare anythings will occur!!In Singapore buying a house is so damn expensive but some people just don't care and apply it without giving a thoughts of the future and all the loans that have to pay,but for our thinking is we want have more money to buy the house than no money.

Around 2016-2017,we already have our house that use our money to buy...so in future bb reyna big and we already not in this world,she don't need to think of paying the house or buying a new house anymore!!!Everythings need to plan and wait...buying a house not like going market buying vegetable or fish so simple!!!
